Skills Training and Development for Youth
The Skills Training and Development for Youth initiative is a flagship program of the Ghana Christian Family Foundation (GCFF) designed to equip young people with practical vocational skills, moral formation, and pathways to dignified employment. Rooted in GCFF’s mission of transforming families through Christ’s love, the program responds to youth unemployment and underemployment by offering hands-on training that leads to self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and responsible citizenship.

GCFF’s approach goes beyond skills acquisition. The initiative intentionally integrates family involvement, faith-based mentoring, and community accountability, recognizing that sustainable youth development requires the support of parents, caregivers, and local institutions
